I have 48 yrs. in both commercial and professional kitchens. Starting out as a dishwasher I quickly worked my way through the ranks working with some of the best chefs in the industry to Ex. Chef in a fine dining capacity. my experience is in both Food and Beverage. I have worked in almost every position of the Hospitality industry. This includes Managing kitchens, Banquets, Catering Events, and bars. Most notably this came from owning my own full-service Restaurant "Banny's Cafe" in Sonora for 29 yrs. My education includes an AA Degree in Liberal Arts from Columbia College. I also spent 1 yr. working at the world premier " Culinary Institute of America " in Napa Valley where I was able to further my Culinary and Teaching skills. My goal is to now take all this knowledge and experiences and give them to you.
