About

I am a California native, who moved to Las Vegas at the age of ten. After focusing on aeronautical engineering in high school and deciding that math was way too hard, I went to Boston University to study Political Science and American History. After graduating from college, the west (best) coast called me home and I went to law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law where I focused on criminal law. After graduating and passing the California Bar exam in 2013, I volunteered at several district attorneys' offices before being hired by the Tuolumne County District Attorney's Office in early 2015. I am a happily converted Tuolumite and I cannot imagine living, working, or teaching anywhere else. In March 2021, I was appointed by the Board of Supervisors as the District Attorney for Tuolumne County and the elected by the People of Tuolumne County as the District Attorney for a six year term beginning January 1, 2023. I began teaching Business Law in Fall 2016 and it is a blast!
