About

Greetings, my name is Tira and I am your MEOC Program Specialist for Amador, Calaveras, and Stanislaus Counties. Our programs are designed to make your transition to post-secondary education smooth.

Although I have only been in the Motherlode for almost 4 years, I have 18 years of experience preparing students for post-secondary education. I am adept in academic advisement, financial aid, and regulatory compliance. My personal charge is to stay abreast of all of the student services special program eligibility and enrollment available to the population that I serve. My ultimate goal is to be the conduit between new learners and lifelong learners.
