Lisa Murphy

Lisa Murphy is a lifetime learner who loves outdoor adventure.  Some of her passions include: reading books and new scientific studies, ocean kayaking, back country snow play, cycling, traveling to areas of high biodiversity, hiking, and hanging out under a starry sky watching the bats come out.


In addition to teaching for Columbia College, Lisa is co-founder of the Gold Country Bat Project and served on the Board of Directors for Tuolumne Utility District, and is on the Board of Directors for Greenspace the Cambria Land Trust.
