Tim Elizondo

Dr.  Tim Elizondo

I was hired in 2005 at Columbia College as Columbia's first full-time instructor of Speech Communication.  In 2006, I founded the Columbia College Speech and Debate team and I continue to enjoy traveling the competitive circuit as I explore forensics with interested students.  I teach a host of Spcom courses for Columbia and I have been known to add a Philosophy course into the rotation on occasion.   I recently completed a two-year stint at the YFA's Vice President/Grievance Officer and I am happy to return to my teaching duties after such an eye opening experience.  When I am not on campus attending to my duties, I can often be found either wandering landscapes, reading tomes, and/or looking for a snazzy game to engaged myself in (Currently Hearthstone, D&D, Mage Wars, and FIFA 18).
